Narrow is the Way 6/12/25

John 7:14 “Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”

Now keep your eyes on Jesus all the time
Amid the wind and waves of earthly cares;
Repentance keeps your focus so sublime.
Renew your mind revealing God’s affairs.
One way and one way only leads to God
When all the other paths lead you astray.
Instead, each step we take more tapered trod;
Such is the walk when Jesus is the way.
The straight and narrow road that leads to Him
Has at its core an intimate desire.
Established by the truth, our eyes won’t dim
When troubles trim the path down to a wire.
A razor’s edge we walk toward yonder gate;
You can’t look down! Into His eyes look straight!
