John 15:13 – Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
Lord, why have You brought this verse to my heart today?
Abide in Me, abide in love, and you will surely find
That we are one in spirit, heart and mind.
We live to serve and praise our Father all the day
To magnify His Name and faithful to obey.
The love we have is meant to give away,
The more we give, the more comes home to stay,
And if it takes your life to give like Mine,
No greater love is this can we assign.
Wherever you may go, I'll be with you
In all the things you say, and all you do.
There is no fear in perfect love, My friend,
The troubles in this world we will transcend.
Remember I'm in you and you in Me,
The love we give the whole world soon will see.
